About the event
This workshop, part of her Seasonal Sicilian Cooking Series, offers a unique, hands-on experience. You will learn techniques for harvesting, processing and preserving and flavour creation. Tastings and a traditional antipasti will be enjoyed at the conclusion of the workshop and you will take home your own jars of Sicillian pickles.
Limited to 14 participants.
