This fun and informative hands-on cooking experience introduces you to the rich flavours of typical Sicilian cuisine and is part of Concetta's Seasonal Sicilian Cooking Series. 

Under the expect guidance of Concetta, embark on a culinary adventure where you'll learn the secrets of crafting classic Sicilian arancini. Drawing from generations of family traditions, Concetta will unveil the time-honoured techniques and flavour that make this beloved street food an icon of Sicilian Culture.

You will learn:

  • how to source and choose quality ingredients for this recipe
  • the steps to creating the most delicious filling for traditional meat & vegetarian arancini
  • the best ways to prepare the rice, making moulding arancini a breeze
  • the techniques and ancient art of stuffing and moulding pear-shaped arancini, all by hand

 All ingredients & equipment provided: 

Just bring an apron, cooking knife, small chopping board and an appetite for adventure and good food. Learn how to use the freshest local seasonal ingredients with Concetta as she articulates the steps and demonstrates the art of Sicilian cooking that you’ll apply throughout her Seasonal Sicilian Cooking Series.
